THE FILM

After the course of an evening impacts his life indefinitely, a young man is forced to navigate the deep waters of post traumatic stress.

This short, independent film was produced and funded through Michigan State University's College for Communication Arts and Sciences. With a small team and an even smaller budget, the Alfred team set out to give an inside look into the world of sexual assault and post traumatic stress.

THE FACTS

Every 98 seconds, somebody is sexually assaulted.

The majority of sexual assault victims are under the age of 30. College ages males between 18 and 25 are 5 times more likely to be a victim of sexual assault or rape, while 1 out of every 10 rape victims are male.

Alfred's story creator, Morgan Birman, wanted to create a fictional story that would address the stigma and undressed realities of male on male sexual assault, and the aftermath that comes with it.
